Chose this book to read for the car ride to Vegas. This is my first book by the author and I truly enjoyed it. When her good-looking, popular boyfriend Nick Laurentis, winner of reality TV show Hot Shots, proposes to her on air she's stunned -- into silence. From humble beginnings that saw his family moving regularly from apartment to apartment to take advantage of new lease discounts to his dramatic rise to CEO of a major aerospace innovator, the author’s story is a narrative on the importance of character, intelligence, and a lot of good luck. How many times have you thought…”Wouldn’t it be amazing to do (fill in the blank)” You really want to move forward but life happens and 7 years later it’s just one more regret on the list. What I think about it?
And the title was impeccable!
You do not need to read the first book in the series to thoroughly enjoy this book. I was hooked on Zoey and Andy's story once I first started The Reason, and Just Say Yes has proven even more addictive. Hats off to Catherine Hiller for "coming out" with such candor and good humor.
