When you get in touch with us through our “Contact” form, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, telephone number, address, email address, child’s name and date of birth.

DISCLOSURE

We share information with our teachers for the purposes of delivering our classes via a secure cloud based system.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law. Other than that, we don’t and won’t share your data with anyone else. It’s just between us.

RETENTION AND DATA STORAGE

When we store data, reasonable measures are taken to protect personal information from access by unauthorised persons. This information will be stored, archived and backed up as part of internal systems which are hosted by cloud service providers.

When we do store information, we keep it for the following periods:

  1. Correspondence not relating to a customer contract will be retained for 1 year following its creation.
  2. Correspondence relating to a customer contract will be retained for 1 year after the customer leaves our classes.
  3. Records and documents relating to insurance policies will be retained for 7 years after the end of the policy.

Data will be destroyed securely.

GODADDY.COM

Our website is hosted by GoDaddy.com, a hosting provider. They provide us with the web platform that allows us to tell you what we do. Any personal data that you provide is stored on GoDaddy.com’s data storage on a database. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
